Vagrants are monsters which spawn in response to bloodstains being lost or items being dropped and abandoned. When a player dies and leaves a bloodstain with considerable humanity (5 or more) and fails to collect it before dying again, or the player leaves certain items and reloads the area without picking them up, there's a chance these will travel to another player's world and become a Vagrant.

At 1:49 i dont want to be rude but i dont see nothing special about it.All i see its the classical to much confidence and dark souls showing you once more that doing such is a huge mistake,specialy with dark mages mobs around. In conclusion;a normal random death by overconfidence. And however was that invader that blast those newbies with those firebombs is a absolute legend,i laugh hard as hell,the reads he did on the last kill was really good.

@@Muadra021 It's a vagrant. One of the rarest encounter in the game and multiplayer related. Red ones are spawned in the world of a random connected player if another player in another session has died loosing a huge amount of soft humanities. It's not a mod. No idea why that guy lied to you.
