I grew up from the beginning with Kirk Franklin and he has ALWAYSSSSSSSS been the "Black sheep" or I what I would call the GOAT on evolution of BLACK gospel music!! Anyone now a day weather they are black or white whatever, would not have a platform to be diverse or outlandish in their creativity with Christian based music. Most importantly he stayed committed to the black community through his career. I love Kirk and his entire JOURNEY, he is NOT perfect and do not mind saying, hey he mess up!!
