My sincere condolences . I lost my wife of 18 years in 2014 when she was just 39. I was left with 3 young kids and a high pressure job to manage. I certainly made a lot of mistakes along the way, but I couldn’t be more proud of my kids. Life will find a way... Your children need you to be stronger than you ever thought possible. Put them first and everything will be ok.

I was, and am in your shoes. What i did to help from getting overwhelmed was to realize i can only do one task at a time. I am one person. So you have to mentally realize that. You do ONE task at a time and CRUSH that task to completion. Then move to the next. You focus on what is the task in front of you and destroy it. Move to the next.. That is how you get things done without becoming over whelmed. When others need you. Dont get short or grouchy being taken away. Walk away, give them your time and go back to destroying your task. The Lord helped me through my dark days and taught me. I gave it all to the Lord and He got me through. God Bless you sir. stay strong and be the pillar in your family.
