Jawzrsize doesn't work out all your jaw muscles so some muscles will be atrophied while others, hypertrophied and it will look weird. Falim/Mastic gum works out all the muscles because you are closing your mouth and chewing all the way so stick to gum.

From what I have read and watched, 24 is still young enough to see significant changes rather quickly with mewing.

@@bleach2319 No prob! Facial bones change by remodeling throughout life, the progress just slows as we get older. Teeth braces are an example of this , even adults can get them, and the process will still work, just takes a little longer past a certain age. I've just started mewing, and it is hell!!

I felt insecure about my appearance too in my teens and twenties, but now that i'm almost 40, when I look back at how I looked in my 20s, it's almost painful how good I looked back then, I can only see it now because of the contrast with how bad I look now, I would give anything to have my youthful looks back EDIT: no matter all the flaws I had, I was infinitely better looking then than I am now
