Yep. Everybody's feeling a bit ashamed and don't want to admit their mistakes/crimes to the cinnamon bun. But their gonna have to. Hiding it from her will only make her reaction worse when she inevitably finds out. I know narrative causality. If they don't admit it she's gonna find out some other way and give the sad 'I'm not mad I'm just disappointed' face to them all. Nobody wants to see that face. It's like a knife to the heart. I mean she'd be disappointed either way, but she'd be even more disappointed in them for trying to hide it from her. ....William might need a puppy at some point. Or a bunny. I'd go with puppy because dogs live longer than rabbits. Approximately 20 years worth of unconditional canine adoration would be good for him. Mortality will still be a thing, but that's inevitable when your immortal. You have to watch as the world around you ages and decays while you stay the same. Better to learn how to cope with that sooner rather than later.
