It took me some searching! Enjoy: The song is Love Theme from Spartacus, composed by Alex North. It seems that Nujabes sampled Yuse Lateef's jazz play of its composition to make the song "The Final View". Voice sample seems to be from Love Theme From "Spartucus" - Akiko.

@@dodopamina I'm not sure if this is relevant but I'll mention it anyways: the original Love Theme from Spartacus was composed by Alex North for Stanley Kubrick's movie and was later adopted as a jazz standard and played by various cats (there is a very nice version by Bill Evans). I believe when you mentioned Yusef Lateef you must have come acrost him playing this jazz standard, he didn't compose it, he just played it, as did Akiko, another jazz musician. This practice is of playing music composed by others is common practice amongst jazz musicians. It was before the days of strict copyright.
