Continue from last comment Sod guy did fertilize 10 10 10 although 2wks late by sod lay guy. Though They did do top soil before sod lay. I did sea kelp myself 2wks after sod laid. I am aware zoysia is slow to root compared to other grass.

Well deserved Ron... I do have a couple questions about the unit. How is the 6 blade? I mow .5in with my Mclane so that 6 blade has me a little nervous. Also, how loud is it? My mower is super loud

It cuts great Jared. It's a GX160 isn't the quietest engine. It sounds about like a Tru-Cut

Ron it’s now 24 days since zoysia sod laid and not fully rooted. I watered 3 times a day first 3 wks. I went to watering twice a day after 3 times a day from the 1st 2 wks now told by sod guy to water 40 mins plus twice a Week. It’s that how you do it for zoysia to search for water to develop deeper roots?

Yes. Watering more deeply and less frequently encourages the grass to grow deeper roots.

Very Nice Like - loving RRs system and more I learn about their choice of blade size/count/speed and overall system the more I love it. Congrats. Unasked for but if that Tahoe is yours - drive that forever! IMO that GMT800 & GMT900 is GM’s best work ever. If it has a 5.3 stay tight on oil changes and look into AFM delete or at least deactivation - easily several hundred thousand mile ride and very little depreciation.

I know I asked last Fall when Lee was announcing the Rev26, but I can't remember what he said - What is the max HOC for the Rev26? BTW - if one of your reel mowers is looking for a new home now that you have your Rev26, I could drive to GA to take one off your hands.

That's a good question. It's well under .5". Lower than I'll ow with it.
