2:23 as someone who also has adhd, the point of just saying "screw it" is the best thing you can do imo. I went through a period of trying to be "normal" and "fit in" but i realized i started losing my sense of self. Instead of trying to fit in some mold or box, i just do what i want to do without forcing myself to be someone im not. Has massively helped me enjoy life more.

Last year I got diagnosed with ADHD and started medication at the beginning of this year. The first six months I got hyper fixated on stuff. But now I have learned more about myself and how I operate to take control of my life. I have now realized that I need to have progress. I don't like to plateau and put myself in cruise control. I'm still learning that it's Ok to have ebbs and flows. I started playing golf and got super into that and plan to keep up on that instead of just abandoning it like other hobbies. They are hobbies. It's ok to focus on others. Cheers man - I'm glad you're doing what makes you happy.

I'm happy to have been a part of your journey on KZbin, from when I first started watching you back in 2018-2019 when I first got into Photography and Videography, my first Full Frame, my migration from Canon to Sony series (thanks to you). Sadly 3 years ago I stopped working on my Photo and Video stuff when I moved states here in Australia; progressing my IT Career, but I'd still pop by and watch your videos from time to time. With ADHD as you know, it is very hard to remember things (or people) that aren't directly in front of you, and I blame KZbins Algorithm for not showing me your Videos ever since my interests and hobbies changed over the last few years. I still pickup my Camera from time to time and go out and shoot, edit and grade and love the results, especially since now I do it for myself rather than a Business. Overall though, watching your videos has felt more like I've been watching a friend progress over the years rather than another KZbinr trying to sell me or just to get views.

Love your videos! You should definitely consider getting into eMTBs (electric mountain bikes). I started with regular mountain biking, but eMTBs are on another level, they're so much fun! A lot of dirt bike rider also ride eMTBs. Plus, you can ride in places where motorcycles aren't allowed. There's a lot of buzz about an upcoming eMTB from DJI called the Amflow. Everyone's talking about it because it combines incredible power with an ultra-lightweight design. You could even get two-one for you and a friend-so you can explore deep into the hills together in total silence. It's an amazing experience!

Seriously, you're welcome Gene! The type of reviews you do are a really nice contrast to the basic "Gear-head" tech talks people tend to do on KZbin. You always give us real life tests and don't just talk about specs. Also the videos are nicely balanced with light humor and normal shenanigans that really lift the atmosphere of all the videos you upload.

I 100% feel what you said about overthinking things. At first I was trying to post a video a week, then it ended up extending out to a few moths after a bit and it just gets hard to get started. When Jack Black said "just go out there and suck!" I was inaspired to start, but then sometimes you get a little bit bored of sucking and you have to remember that what you think sucks might be fine, and it's definitely better than nothing. My entire channel is based around the fact that I have ADHD by the way...

This is very impressive - for a quickly made video. Just shows that with your experience and creativity (and probably even without) it is possible to create things much faster than you expect. And it is an eye opener for me on the issue of - should I publish it or not? Your personality shows through - and that is the important issue and what I like, much more than the fine touches. Just publish it therefore seems to be the right answer most of the time :-). I enjoyed watching you again and this kind of video definitely has its place in your production.

Met you at the Korean BBQ restaurant in Gardena. At the time you had never posted content related to mountain biking. I watched so many of your videos, so I can get tips to record good quality GoPro/drone footage of my rides, while strapping a GoPro to my full face helmet. I never posted them on social media, but shared them with family, at family events. I’m a advanced rider, and combined with the your advice on how to color grade , I got so many compliments. I went from a early morning rider, to a golden hour rider. All this to say, I wish I could’ve shared this, but didn’t want to be disrespectful, and ruin your dinner that night….thank you PJ seriously
