Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family too. Payal, in my family we have the same problem with chicken breast. No one enjoys it, least of all me. I usually make chicken pakora with the breast pieces. I grind up the meat then add onion,ginger,garlic,hot peppers,black peppers,coriander,chicken bullion. They come out pretty well. All my American friends love them. They're similar to chicken nuggets but loaded with flavours.

We had a potluck with 4 families- menu was Triple schwan chicken rice, Cajun potatoes, veg burger, pasta salad, pinwheel samosa , bifcoff desert, chicken roast, cranberry sauce , mac n cheese , thanksgiving mix fruit drink without alcohol , bread cassorelo and choclate cake ... Happy thanks giving ( I miss few years pehle ka thanksgiving shopping)
