With your issues, the right pillow is important it’s like my sleep mask and CPap. If you stay with relatives on a regular basis, you might purchase an extra and ask if you can leave it at their house.

Ellie, I’ve had migraines my entire life and I’m 65. The first one I remember mom confirmed I was 1.5 year old! However i also remember at that time that I had other bad headaches but not quite that bad. I’m 65 now and I still have them. Most of them are controlled with Maxalt but sometimes they get away with me. I’ve had Botox and everything else in the world. I had trouble keeping jobs because most people thought they were just “headaches”. Sometimes mine lasted over a week. I’m very photosensitive, have allergies, have two ruptured disks in my neck among other things. Doctors would say as I got older they would stop but not mine. One thing I do too is when I feel one coming on I rub on a peppermint stick (feels like chapstick) and I got it on Amazon. I love it. I put it on the side of my face and around my eyes (being careful not to get in eyes) and on my temples. I also have TMJ. It’s a horrible thing and it pains me to see anyone suffering as I know EXACTLY how bad they can get.

I agree with the Wish critique. We took our girls, they loved it. It was nice not to worry about content but I didn’t love the music and I felt like the storyline could have used some fine tuning. The Disney Easter eggs were fun.

Jared, do you find that the colder damp weather brought more pain to your hip or is it always still a bit painful? I discovered after last winter in Minnesota that I had relief from pain during the summer. Now that it's freezing again, the pain has returned. I always wish you all well.
