12:40 You have a potential diamond Springbok (the Lvl 5 medium), so I would recommend using the 243 rifle on it. Shift is to hold breath and crouch and prone increase accuracy as well.

Ethan the improper ammo comes from the gun class the .308 is class 4-8 I believe the bigger animals like bison are a class 9 the 7mm is a great gun to use on them

I play this two ways, one with and one without mods. The grind for money to get weapons to hunt certain animals, paying real money for dlc, and it taking hours to cross the map got to me so I just had to get mods. You should try it with mods and see how much of a difference it makes, that or try the devs fishing game

I don't understand how inept/inexperienced players always seem to just bump into animals in prime positions. That scrub hare was surreal. Half the time I try to play this game, I end up dozing off after not finding an animal for 30 minutes. But you ought to carry yourself a bow, me boy. If animals are getting that close to you, you'll be getting perfect shots left and right (especially with 500gr arrows).

It does, but it increases your heart rate. In any case, the aim bounces up and down more as you zoom in. Even with holding your breath, it still might not be very stable, depending on the distance.
