Hi Neze!Happy Thanksgiving. Acetaminophen is Tylenol a painkiller. Also not sure if the Antibiotics you got are for a prescription but as a nurse it's not advisable to take Antibiotics before doing tests to confirm what infection you have as different ones work for different things.

It’s good what ur teaching the children as well as teaching them Igbo language which is where I failed woefully apart from my Ada who jus picked up Igbo language when I communicate with my baby sister of Blessed Memory, am now trying my best to teach my grandchildren and their 30 something mothers 😅
