So this is your Onam? Compared to Kerala cooking your cooking looks to be very easy. Add the ingredients and stove it into oven and go sleeping. Please Correct me if I am wrong.

lol a lot of it is baked which makes it so much easier. Indian cooking is very laborious! It still takes time preparing it to go in the oven, but I’m not having to stand over the stove and stir constantly. Ovens are a life saver!!
