Do you two have jobs? Yes! We both have full time careers. Brian is a Software Engineer and Kerry is a Graphic Designer.
Is this vlog a paid promotion with the cruise line? No, we have never worked with a cruise line before (I doubt they even know who we are 😂). If that ever changes, we will be sure to let you know in the video.
What are those black pouches around your neck? We use the lanyards to carry some camera equipment, but many cruisers like to wear lanyards to hold their room key card.
What camera do you use? We typically use the DJI Pocket II, however, when we are in the water we use the Go Pro Hero 9, and in Alaska we occasionally used the Nikon P1000 for wildlife shots. What is a GUSS? GUSS is our name for a Towel Animal! It is a childhood memory for Brian that has lived on for years. You can see the home video moment where GUSS was born in Adventure of the Seas Day 6 (We Made the News) and Allure of the Seas Day 3 (Sea Day).
Is that one thing you said serious? Almost certainly not. If you’re new to the channel, we have really dry, sarcastic senses of humor. So if you’re questioning if it’s sarcasm - it probably is.
How do I ask a dinner time question? Leave a comment on any video and let us know it’s supposed to be answered at dinner time. We’re always looking for new questions (even if the next cruise we can answer it on is a long long way out).
Is it really pronounced CoCo “Key”? Royal Caribbean has said itself that it is pronounced “Key” in a FAQ of their own here: creative.rccl..... To each their own on this pronunciation!
When and how did you meet? We met in February of 2020 via a dating app. We answer this question in more detail in our Independence of the Seas Day 2 (Swimming with Pigs) video.

Don't know if you read these comments 11 months later. But to clarify the whole 'Part of Holland' and school situation: Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao (Also known as the ABC-islands) are part of the Dutch Kingdom (As is part of Sint Maarten btw, and Suriname also used to be part of it, but is now independant). So they follow Dutch laws. In the Netherlands high school is free and college is basically free. Everyone gets college tuition. If you need more money than you can get (about 250 euros a month) you can loan more money from the government at really low rates (about 10% of the rate a normal loan at the bank goes for). You need to pay back this loan, but only after a couple of years after you graduated and only in small increments over a 15 year period. Don't know if you needed to know this, but there you are! :)

I agree with you about the stores on the ships. Too much space is dedicated for the high-end shops that 80% of the passengers are not going to buy from because they are simply too expensive. There should be stores like a CVS, bathing suits, more Royal Caribbean bling, and other stuff people would buy or need.

As someone who lived in Curacao for a few years, I'm laughing. People there are nice but many of them will feed you so much bullshit and say crazy things that don't make any sense, and then they just smile and wait to see if you will accept what you're being told, or call them out on it. 😂

I agree about the shops on the ship. I was looking at a SMALL pair of blue diamond earrings at Effy and they were on sale for $3600. Then there were other stores but they sold mostly watches. How many watch shops does 1 ship need? Do most people even still wear them? The handbag store was nice but I can get a better deal on land. I definitely wanted to buy stuff but none of the stores appealed to me except the RC Logo shop.
