If black doesn't take en passant, white has a trapped bishop which can't move at all. If black takes he allows white's bishop to become active on the diagonal

Someone tell me if I'm making stuff up, but at 9:53 after the knight sacrifice that he says is dubious, it looks like white plays h6 and has a lethal attack. ...Bxh6 looks disastrous after a pin and white's rooks are going to quickly enter the fray after black has to waste time defending f7 (lest he get chewed up), and black has no dreams of a counter sacrifice for either of the pawns on e5 or f6 because then the b2 bishop truly comes to life and black wishes he didn't wake up that morning.
