You never know maybe one day she might eat the Mac and cheese. My brother is on the spectrum and he last week tried mashed sweet potatoes and loves them and he would never eat them before. I love collard greens but it’s crazy how they cook down, all the greens do that which is just mind blowing

Happy Thanksgiving. Next time try cooking the ham hocks first by themselves and pour the first water off after they have cooked for a while. Then put them in some more water to cook by themselves and then put your greens in to cook in that water.

Everything looks good, but NO to the sugar in them greens!! You need to cook that ham hock first for about 2 hours and then put them greens in that pot!!😂
