Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Recipes

Hi, I’ve made many sweet potato casseroles but I have never heard of the sweet potato balls! I’ll probably need more than six so how many sweet potatoes would you suggest I cook and also should I double the recipe for the cooked topping? I’m going to my brothers house so I will bring them there and then I assume I will pop them in the oven for the time you mentioned. We made half the recipe for the video. The full recipe is in the description and will make 15 balls. Hope everyone loves them! I've also seen people roll them in chopped pecans instead of cornflakes.
