hotinplaya From my understanding, the turkey hotline is used to ask questions about how to cook a turkey, not to get a free turkey for Thanksgiving. I quick Google search of 'thanksgiving turkey hotline' shows many results from Butterball (which may be the one Ownage was talking to). On their website it says "For more than 30 years, the professionally trained turkey experts that make up the Turkey Talk-Line have been *answering turkey related questions* each holiday season." Obviously, they literally just answer turkey related questions, which in my opinion seems rather unnecessary because we have Google for that.

Captions are mostly wrong unless they are edited manually by someone, especially in videos like this were he speaks with different accent and not regular American or Britain accent, and also there are a lot of people including myself that don't understand English very well so subtitles helps a lot. Because i for example know almost every English word, but in case when he speaks fast i may not understand what he was saying like i would in my native language. Luckily he edited captions on this video.
