I've just watched your studio makeover from a year ago. You've grown so much as an artist. Love this for you! Also i started using milanote yesterday ✨️the algorithm gods✨️ know what they're doing. Im planning my personal branding to be more intentional and consistent. Milanote has been so fun to use so far (2hours in and feel inspired) Thank you for sharing your journey. I too like my coffee routine in the morning, but like you i struggle with anxiety! So i started taking a decaffeinated coffe and it's really good, maybe try a decaff so you can keep your routine and get less stress from the caffeine

Def keep the rug, its sooo cute!!!! Great job decluttering, and cleaning. You'll hopefully feel more inspired, creative, and less stressed!! you can rent a rug/carpet cleaner from home depot (or buy one of those little green carpet cleaners)!! Totally worth it, and it would make your space look cleaner!!

Omg I have the same problem, anytime I have caffeine my anxiety get so much worse. I try to drink chai lattes instead xx you still get the nice sweet treat and it helps wake you up :) hope this helps ☺️

For your window, get some black out curtains. It keeps the heat hoops, especially on very hot days.
