The TVA is an organization whose goal is to keep the order of the sacred timeline and they are located in a plane out of the dimension of time that's why the infinity stones doesn't work there. They are not that entirely powerful to snatch the stones on thanos and especially strange in their respective timelines, it is most likely surrendered to them since there is no protector of the stone anymore, they keep those stones in check never to allow them back to their universe to make sure no psychopath could use them for evil. Doctor strange is super duper nerfed in the MCU, Ancient One a being feared among universes stated "Stephen Strange is supposed to be the BEST of us." Becoming the master of mystic arts, tampering and sealing dormammu, and entitled the Sorcerer Supreme. Strange is not someone to be messed with. By the way dormammu is so broken, that once he gets out, your precious timeline, yggdrasil (tree of life/branches of multiverse) is gonna instantly poof, in the comics Kang the conqueror is not even close to the cosmic beings, he is just persistent and capable of adaptation, but he is nowhere near Final form Venom, Knull, Living Tribunal, Odin, Old Man Thanos (Thanos variant who toyed with ghostrider's ability penance stare to experience the pain and death of those he murdered), Hulk final form, God of celestials (the origin of all the stones), Cosmic Ghostrider, Singularity, Dormammu, etc. Adam Warlock is even way stronger than Kang. So I don't understand the hype, Yes Loki managed to reconnect the branches of the sacred timeline, and the multiverse is allowed to grow in his wake but he is not entirely strong. Kang will still be able to breakthrough the sacred timeline with his time travel machine and wreck havoc on multiple universes because of loki, he basically allowed kang to become a conqueror. Tbh Kang is not the only problem who has time travel, Cable, Reed Richards, Iron Man, Celestials, Cosmic Beings, and Ultron is capable of creating and using time travel.
