I like how the opening splash panel frames this as the ultimate showdown between two Invincible characters that are able to plot device their way out of anything, but the actual story is just Kang unsiccessfully running away from Thanos for two thousand years

Little disappointing, I mean I GET that Thanos is a Eternal and what not, and SUPER powerful and can be even more powerful. BUT to hear that Kang is weaker than Thanos, is a big let down for the future of the MCU. I was hoping they would take a step back, and MIstress Death, would be WHY did I send a peon to do MY bidding and did something bigger. THAT being said, LOOKING forward to secret wars, scroll wars, and those storilines in the MCU.

don't be, this is strictly comics and not MCU, they could change so much. He Who Remains was willing to give Loki the chance to kill Thanos, hell he had the TVA hoarding Infinity Stones in their drawers, if he wanted he could've easily had Thanos killed off. His strength may lie in using future tech and/or manipulation of others to do what he wants, as he has insight in how certain characters act or how certain events unfold. There is gonna be alot of chaos in the MCU.

Kang is only stronger because the Technology, that's why he "Allowed" the Avengers to Time Travel and Snap him out of existence as a reward Kang allowed Steve Rogers to live out his life with Peggy, But had Thanos found the End of time, TOTALLY DIFFERENT OUTCOME

I know Thanos is Starling's "Creator's pet" and all but Kang, a guy who along with Dr Doom, enacted a plan to take the Infinity Gauntlet from Thanos while he was wearing it... ended up simping for Thanos? "You are already way ahead of me on this whole scheme, aren't you?" I know how Kang's total personality depends on the writer but I think of Kang as "Dr Doom but more of a noble warrior" and either of them making a deal with Thanos is so very WRONG on more levels than I can count. Doom WOULD doublecross, Kang... like I said, depends on the writer. But this? "Let me have this small section of the 42th century." Come on, Kang, have some self respect. Also, speak a bit more in the third person for are you not Kang the Conqueror? In the end, do I see Thanos beating Kang? Not really. All of Thanos' powers have known qualities while Kang is the ultimate Wild Card. Kang: "I have seen 14 million futures and Thanos ascends in all of them." "And the one where you team up with the Avengers and imprison Thanos in Limbo?" Kang: "Didn't think of that, I gave up ahead of Time because Thanos is so awesome and everything." Kang is the ULTIMATE stubborn Jobber, a guy who uses Time travel to try and try and try to infinity.

Has kang technically killed Thanos numerous times in MCU everytime he has the TVA destroy the branch time lines? Like that time bomb, does it legit destroy the existence of an entire universe in that time line and therefore every hero and villain in that time line?

I don't think so, they more or less nullify the beginning of the branch so the branch doesn't happen (before it "spreads", the red line) - and all is part of the sacred timeline again

@@tuukkakempas647 nah that can't be right, a branch is an alternate reality essentially as real as the sacred time line existing simultaneously. The multiple reality theory in MCU is a known thing, a branch means another version is created...the original still exists as well. Also proven by the multiple versions of loki and all already exist and happened considering Kang was chilling at the end of time. Just because they are a branch doesn't make them not real. Loki says that the time bomb reset is a nice way of saying disintegrating everything.

@@tuukkakempas647 okay so what if someone got an infinity stone before thanos and threw the time line off making Thanos go out of his way and off the sacred time line path....the time bomb would have to "disintegrate" everything impacted on that time line including Thanos. Which I have to imagine has happened before in the infinite possibilities that can be. The time bomb would wipe him out in that case...or could he resist it? I guess better question is how powerful are these time bombs...can they disintegrate everyone regardless of power?

So an object is supposed to be stronger then The One Above All? Okay see this is where I let comics go, because the concept doesn’t even make sense. For instance The One Above All should ALWAYS be an equivalent factor so if Thanos consume or acquired everything in the universe, even The One Below All, The One Above All is theoretically suppose to be able to neutralize Thanos in the idea of everything needing to be Ying and Yang.

Is this Hunger also realeted to another being Oblivion an old foe of Iceman and others of the marvel universe I ask because in a similar story Oblivions origin is very similar to Hungers? As for Thanos quest to win the love of Death isn't that been told and retold through the ominiverse and the Asgerdians Hela I had recall a story where it is revealed that Hela and Death were in a contest for souls of heroes and those who worth venturer into either realms the contest of Champions and the worthy and this was still going on? Thanos and his brother Starfox are they twins or do they have other siblings I have alawys thought these two were twins but though they are different their look are still similar?
