I didn't see Thanos as a villain. I saw him as a simple man on a mission in Infinity War. When Endgame came, they tried to write him off as a generic villain but it was only after the Avengers spent the whole movie distorting time and reality for their own gain.

@@rakeshbaranwal4249 Hey mate, have seen a couple of arrticles by respected scietists where they explained that doubling resources would only lead to a population explanation and a returm to the same problem within a just a generation or two. IIRC this has been proven wit experiements with rats and other animals when theyre suddeny given access to vastly greater resources. Apparently conversely were population be only halfed it should be enough survivors to not have enough of an impact on future development and therefore speed at which remaining life would consume the resoucres. Therefore once this level is set articificially with a halved population there should be enough to continue increasing our efficiency at exploiting what we have but this time in balance to what is available and this curve would likely continue creating the paradise thanos was so desperate to create. Several of the articles i read were by some really respected scientists and their arguments and reasoning were far better than i could manage and everyone i showed them too pretty much agreed they seem to provide far more evidence and logic based arguents to show thanos was rigt and the easy way of doubling resources simply wouldnt work. IIRc a lot of it was to do with population increase being far ore related to ability to exploit resources than the actually number available. Hence doubling wont work but halving population would. Youd need to check out their articles for a far more compelling and eloquent explanation than mine though im afraid :)

In the comics he has many instances when he was the hero. He is not an out and out villain. Infact in his origins stiry Thanos Rising, he could hardly kill someone, he didnt have it in him till Mistress Death came to him in a teenage form and manipulated his mind to be what he is. He in the Warlock saga saved Warlock and Gamora from Magus alone while asking them to escape while he fought thousands of Magus's army alone without a Gauntlet. In the Infinity War comic book he fought alongside The Avengers and cosmic heroes against Magus to save the Universe and even went up against his son Thane because he knew with Thane possesing the Phoenix Force he could destroy the Universe and risked his own life to protect it. Thanos is one badass.One od the most beautifully written comic book characters. No wonder he has been my fav of all times. What a LEGEND ! And about his goal , you can refer to tye comic book Rebirth of Thanos where he explains Silver Surfer as to why he wanted to terminate half the universe beautifully. Rebirth of Thanos also begins the Gauntlet Saga as well after Avengers v Thanos

This is a great video because perfectly encapsulates the contradiction of Thanos. We see the refinement, the commitment, dare I even say the humor of the man. This song vengeance is about I feel as if it talks about how this certain somebody had it all in this case a very important person wich meant his life to him wich somebody manged to take away from him equaling lonelines on wich he will now get vengance to those who put him there. To me, I don’t think this song fits Thanos at all. I actually think it fits the theme of Avengers Endgame and it’s more suited for the heroes than it does for Thanos that’s just my opinion. But I just don’t see Thanos as the good guy, he is evil to the core and is rotten to the core and he is The Mad Titan. I know Thanos thinks he’s the good guy but deep down inside, he is still evil, he is still a murderer and a monster and he is still very manipulative and abusive. There is no good in Thanos. Who’s to say we are all not evil or good it’s just somthing is as mortals create so we can pick side or not that is why thanos can not be blamed he has a righteous cause it’s just in a cruel way yes but it’s actually not that bad because he is basically saving the worlds of overpopulation

Create a new one, teaming with life that knows not what it’s lost but only what it’s been given, a grateful universe. Because you won’t be alive to tell them. In all my years of conquest, violence, slaughter, it was nothing personal, but I’ll tell you now, what I am about to do to your stubborn annoying little planet, I am going to enjoy it, very very much. Thanos is not sympathetic, he is so manipulative, diabolical, sadistic, Mad, cruel, likes to torture, he has killed and slaughtered millions, he has caused genocide, he has done it all!! You name it!! He has done it!! Thanos is the ultimate villain!!! The WORLD WAS a living hell and nightmare in Endgame. So many people lost their loved ones, their friends, their family, it was even worse in space too!!! YOU REALLY THINK WHAT THANOS DID IS OKAY AND WE SHOULD FEEL SORRY FOR HIM?! Sorry that’s not going to work!! NOT AT ALL!! THANOS IS A VILLAIN END OF SENTENCE!!! You can deny it all you want, BUT ITS FACT!!!
