sir videos are very good ,but i encounter a problem during practice that index.hbs file didnt accept the css file in the public folder i move the css folder to views also but it didnt work and in index.hbs i give a proper address to link stylsheet but it also didnt work help me how o add css to index.hbs

Hey if any one has solution please reply: Error: Partial {file-name} could not be found. I have checked multiple times my path is correct and everything is ok but this error is not resolving. This is probably because it is not registering partial to the file path. If any one has solution by than please help!
