To me, the narrations of A`Immah are about direct expression of what was reveled and inspired for this age; rather than scholarly rulings. Regardless of who goes through scholars, it is up for the individual to understand and apply what they can.

In Al kafi vol 1 chapter of taqlid there are 3 ahadith which all the are against taqlid. It's shirk according to Ahlebayt a.s Obedience is only for Allah swt & his chosen prophets & Ahlebayt a.s . Respect is for others if they teach the Quran & sunnah (ahadith) not fatwas (estimated guess) deen is based on facts not possibility of it could be this or could be that

Very weak argument as to why we should follow Taqlid. When in reality there is nothing from Quran or Hadith that speak about making taqlid mandatory. Taqlid is only mandatory when your are following an infallible period. There are numerous hadith that speak about end time scholars. I suggest you research it and you'll understand why this nonworking scholar wants you to follow him.

He is saying that you don’t need to follow taqlid if you possess deep knowledge and a strong understanding of Islamic intellectual principles. However, in the context of the 21st century, not everyone has the capacity or the in-depth knowledge of our religion to that extent. This is why we follow and rely on the teachings and guidance of scholars who have dedicated years to studying the Qur’an and Islamic sciences. Their extensive knowledge allows them to provide a more advanced and accurate understanding of what is permissible and impermissible for Muslims. Since there are many qualified scholars to choose from, each individual has the freedom to decide whom they wish to follow based on their trust in that scholar’s knowledge and teachings.

Complitly wrong . There is no any proof for takleed . Other wise it will be enough to mention only proofs from a hadeeth, from Quran and thats all, cloth the subject . But you did looong 9 parts , trying to involve intellect here . May be you dont know that in sharia subject you must follow the Quran and hadeeth , but not intellect. Intellect needs when you are searching for truth , but after you found the truth you should just follow . And there are many hadeeth are proving that. You think Allah, our prophet saas , imams didnt know that we will be away from imam ? Where is clear instruction for us at this time to follow scholars? Quran and hadeethes are against that . Iblis was scholar for thousands years , and even angels didnt know what is his truth character! So the point that scholars are studying years is nothing. Who can be better scholar then those whom was teaching imam Sadik as , but imam as didnt say that all his students has rights to represent him as, or give their oun fatwa . It was mantioned names , persons from imams side . May Allah guid all who are searching the truth

There are many modern subjects and situations that have occurred years and years after the prophet and the imams (as) like playing pool and video games or taking Contraceptives or different kinds of medicines or ppl traveling to outer space and how they can pray there and many other modern things that you will not find an answer to in the hadith books or the tafsir of the Quran so you will need someone who has studied the religion and has the intellectual capability to give you a sharia ruling to follow upon.
