It can be found in non-human signal sources almost anywhere in the Pleiades sector around the Maia system. But the kind of destroyed ships you will encounter are random. You may get blown up corvettes or anacondas, but sometimes you will find Belugas like this. Also beware of Thargoid ships there. I was lucky enough to not have one spawn in the instance i was in. GL!!

I Came across such an attack myself a few days after I saw that post.
