Anistha full fake and drama. When she was union leader ,she didn't do any fight with manager, when raanav was union leader, she voluntarily made fight with managers and provoked all the contestants.

Speaker Ashwini spoke as elitist upper class modern work environment person who will never understand the bottom line industries work culture where Sir and Madam are still so prevalent at least in India. The request from workers to demand for Sir and Madam in that context is totally correct. Elitists make up only less than 5% of the working public. I wanted to share this so the thought process can improve in these discussions. Nothing personal.

25:20 ashwathy yaaru ma nee kevalamaa illa muthu va corner pannanumnu irukkuma enna. Meeting set pannathu worker team illa and it is not good to have the conversation too. Company meetingla oru manager also has timing to have food and all. Sathya is not at all in control that I accept.

Sound has understood the idea of bb house very wel...its about entertaining ppl which she is doing correctly.. singing, dancing etc... Yestersay raanav and employees planned to provoke her... Thats what happened and she screamed... She yelled like a human only, like us only....whats wrong in that? Anshida said sound didnot hold her hand... What else is needed? Dont spread bad news about sound just because she is a strong contestant... Muthu, manjari are simply jealous of her..
