@3.51 , time under tension still exists after the eccentric of that workout. you traps literally is under tension as long as you hold it. your forearms just give up before your traps get fatigued. a lot of people watch you and relly as a source. please be clear when pointing certain things out

@4.05 the isometric hold during contraction has little to no benefit in doing the workout. its like saying stand for 1-2 sec idle in every rep of squats. its the eccentric that matters the most.

@14.30, full ROM in squat is only necessary if you are going for muscle hypertrophy. you have no idea if she is training her legs for size, strength or power. All you know is muscle growth and fat loss and you start questioning other forms of working out. If samantha's squat is wrong, then most INTERNATIONAL athletes with WORLD CLASS trainers are wrong with their training.

@16.14 Once again TOT and slowness of the workout is important only when the goal is muscular size(you want to provide the max stimulus for growth) . You have no idea what D was training for when he did hammer curls(im not saying the form was right but the reason was wrong). There are some things called fast twitch and slow twitch fibers in muscles and understanding their purposes dictactes the importance of the speed of a workout. You are speaking from a hypertrophy point, get outside of that if you call yourself a FITNESS TRAINER or else just call yourself a body building trainer.

Atleast have a disclaimer that says every advice is from a muscle hypertrophy point of view. Many people consider you as a source for their workouts. Ive seen people watch your videos in the gym. even if one athlete sees these videos and starts to think their trainiers are misleading them with their training then your videos provide no value in FITNESS stand point. Dont be one such trainers you were criticising at the inital days of your youtube journey.
