Okay so here is my story it's a bit Lengthy but i hope you gus will enjoy it .....So i was placed in lnt for 6 lakh ctc in November 2021 and actually was not very happy with that...but as according to typical tpr policies i was not able to sit till i got like above than 15ctc.....months passed good companies came my most of the friends got average 12 ctc i tried into good companies but cv was not selected due to some tpr issues....In the last moment of college on 3rd june 2022 a very less known company came working in west Africa mentioning 22k dollar "compensation" + 500 usd/month living allowance and 4 projects and thats it no knowledge of company work nothing....most of the people didn't even gave a fuck about this company.....and only 6 guys from my class applied. Now the real drama started.....there was no update from this company.... i thought that ahhh may be the company is no more interested in hiring....so when I was leaving for mumbai i decided to take flight but guess what i missed the flight and i decided to book the available train to save the money ....when i entered the train after some time a call came asking are you interested in the west African company and i said yes with out thinking.....now i realises that if i haven't, missed the flight i wouldn't have been able to attend this call......so after reaching mumbai 7days induction was started......suddenly I got a message that aptitude will be in middle of induction....I somehow arranged the laptop from random person in induction and gave the aptitude test....I though it was over from this company....but luckily it went well and 3 of us were selected.....now there was hr interview, can we guess what happened yeah when i was waiting for my medical check up and i got the message that my turn is in 5 minutes i downloaded teams on mobile and exactly when doctor called me my interview started......all other candidates doctor and people working in hospital was looking at me i sat down and luckily my airpods were charged....she asked where I was and but I gave honest answers and she was just fine with that....I don't know somehow I was selected.....now they gave me a case study to make....after case study only I was left in selection process....the only one thing that went planned was panel interview where I got ample amount of time to settle down and gave interview.......from grace of God this interview was also cracked (but result came after 7 days) and those seven days I have cried 😢 thinking that I was not selected...but after selection I thought everything was over now just wait for offer letter......but again guess what there was a final interview with business head in 5 mins and I was in lnt office.....I some how collected my self from the shock and went outside standing in gallery so that my boss didn't find me giving interview for another company.....interview started and the 1st question he asked was do you prefer walking while giving an interview and I thought was fucked.....I said politely that sir sorry, I was going to sit down interview went well in the end and finally I was selected and got offer letter ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 💘 💘....and what saw i was getting 2350 dollr per month, 6000 bonus in year end plus every living transport facility.......Initially I thought Africa ahhh no internet poor people and stuff.....but guess what company selected 7 candidates from, india and gave sea facing three 3bhk flats fully furnished,,,,,having personal swimming pool bath tub in each room and everything you can imagine now i feel like I was the luckiest one.....net ctc exceeds 50lakh including rent food internet.......I am not boasting but after so many ups and downs from getting bitten by mosquitoes in lnt hostels to writing this comment in a ac sea facing room in just 1 month just feels like an impossible dream.... I still can not believe being here I thank God for always supporting me and giving me chance to live a life where I am freely able to help others
