while i get where you are coming from- as someone who has long-term mental health issues it's not a nice feeling to read someone equating it with being incompitant. There are millions of people who suffer from these issues (myself included) who do not let them get in the way of their work.I wouldn't really be surprised if these people were just feigning a lot of this stuff to get the spotlight even momentarily off of themselves, but what you said isn't really fair to be honest. They are simply unprofessional, but don't paint everyone with these issues with the same brush.

There is nothing confusing about my comment, a large number of people have to take medicals before they start working in certain jobs and even while interviewing someone, especially for an hi profile directors role, it would make good sense to determine if that person can handle the pressure that comes with the role, we've now had two board members say they are suffering mental health issues. The only people making light of it are the RTE elite because they are clearly feining an illness they don't have, or they were unsuitable for the position to begin with.
