As I watched Grant bouncing in the cab and listening to him explain the reason, it brought back memories of driving school buses on cold days before we switched from bias ply to radial tires (mid '80's). Once you got going it felt like the front tires were square! It took a little while, depending on the actual temperature, for them to warm up and feel round again. Most of the time you didn't have any students on yet, thus not having to deal " hey bus driver, what's wrong with this bus"! Congrats on your anniversary!

I’m 22 years old and I just started working full time at my families grain elevator. We do spraying and spreading too and I have never seen a spreader with booms lol. It’s basically an air seeder for fertilizer from what it sounds like lol. But that’s why I watch you. Neat to learn how others do things in different parts of the country.

11:45. Knowing how to drive stick is a very good skill to have. Friend of mine used to manage a 8k acre wheat farm. His 16yo blonde ballet dancer daughter would get roped in during harvest driving a manual in a '66 Chevy C60 truck with a dump bed absolutely packed to the brim of product back to the co-op. If she can do it, you can. Just takes a million times to get good at it.

Some people are lucky in that the blocker lasts. My dentist carries something very much stronger and gives me another dose if it's taking too long which wears off by the time I am pulling out on the road. Lidocaine doesn't work longer than 10 min for me.

A tip to help with your manual driving, move the seat 2-3 clicks closer to the wheel. If you need to move your butt to shift, you are back to far. Seat position is not the same in a manual as as automatic... Oh... Happy Anniversary!!
