I've played with Chance Kornuth many times in Las Vegas tournaments, and I've been playing 100+ live tournaments a year for over 17 years, and i can comfortably say that he is THE most enjoyable professional player I've ever played against. He is super friendly to everyone no matter who you are or your poker level. Other professionals should take note (you know who you are). Win or loose, it's always fun when Chance is at the table!

This channel is by far the best MTT teaching channel on youtube and your theory is miles ahead of the rest of youtube. Every other player is playing same horrid strat the same 20+ years, braindead shove or fold preflop only strat. Much love

Great guest Ben. This is the first time I have heard Chance in a Podcast, actually this may be the only time I have heard him speak apart from when he is knocked out of a table. Being besties with Deeb I imagine Chance must be a great bloke because as we are well aware Deeb does not suffer fools gladly and he LOVES to Troll yet Chance has surpassed all Deebs stringent expectations and Deeb named one of his kids Chance so that tells you all you need to know. He always appears to be a Happy Chappy and this pod he is smiling throughout its entirety.

I saw a live stream of a 300€ tournament fairly recently, where the people OpenRaised 10x with like 17BB in total, with like KQ or something. In a 100k GTD tournament or something sick like that (for us mere mortals). Poker is NOT dead. In fact, I'd argue 2nd boom is coming (or is already going on and getting bigger).

Hey ben, i love the idea of u uploading more liveplays on the course. Im a regular and i think u lose a lot of ev streaming as u said. And also, tô be honest as a tmc owner i prefer having the exclusive content Just for the members, since u give too much value for free in my opinion.

52:20 I’ve said since it’s invention that GTO is making me a ton more money. The old getting check raised on 355 flop bullcrap allowing u to reraise with nothing getting 100% folds, and those pathetic turn check raises you get 100% folds to a re-dink. Yh thanks gto, u just upped the whaliness a ton. Even tho pairrd is gto so EH???? 🧐

41:15 it’s pretty fn hilarious how y’all don’t wanna give ur live tells away yet are perfectly happy to teach the entire universe how to play poker and thus destroy it’s economy, all cuz u cba taking variance and putting in the hours yourself. There’s literally not a single poker player in history has taught anyone else FOR MONEY that wasn’t doing it PURELY FOR THEIR OWN GAIN with the virtuous guise that they “just wanna give back” 😂😂😂 U wanna give back huh? That’s all it is huh?? THEN REVEAL THE LIVE TELLS. So false all y’all
@Duck724328 ай бұрын
Giving back is a real thing especially in men it’s a human need . It’s not hard to find a mentor in anything for that reason. They get a great deal of satisfaction out of it . Do they make money ? Sure why do something for free. And why not take a less stressful source of income but there’s times for sure if you get close to people they’ll give huge value away for free surely for joy Live reads are worth a lot of money nobody giving them out lightly . Teaching poker does not destroy the economy it’s just delusional because 99% of people still won’t learn or have what it takes . Look at chess for example you can literally go watch grandmasters the best in world play on KZbin for free giving out there entire thought processes. Go watch them for hours than play chess you still gonna suck balls . Because you’ve still gotta put in all the work and build the character quality’s necessary to be a winner. And you won’t
@EricPollarrd8 ай бұрын
@@Duck72432 1. Thanks for confirming my point. THEY TAKE GREAT SATISFACTION. That’s called the selfish ego. 2. Chess isn’t remotely in the same universe as extremely easy poker. Being in the game 23yrs and 15+ million hands I know precisely how and who’s completely destroyed it ty. 🙏🏼
