I think he needs reminding of that fact. I don't know who the french guy is on JR's team.. whether he owns it or is an engineer.. mechanic.. crew chief... but his gallic shrug is infectious and not in a good way. I'm aware that an upbeat crew chief isn't going to make the engine better or the chassis more compliant but it might make the team focus on the positives.

That was a tough year for you and the team Jonathan despite all the efforts of everyone involved. Hopefully Yamaha can get you a bit more straight line speed like Kawasaki seemed to be able to manage this year. At least you wouldn't be losing so much each lap and allow you to stay in the hunt and let your ability be a decisive factor rather than being on the back foot all the time.

Can anyone explain to me how yamaha is competitive in BSB but not at the races in WSB?. Is it just the electronics? (Cause we all know it's not down to the rider!)
@toyboyhhracing2288Күн бұрын
The problem with the bike is not enough has been done to develop the overall package. Maybe it's reached the end of what's capable to extract from the engine. When Toprak was riding it he made it look better thank it was a bit like the BMW. Look where the other riders are in the field. I think you should switch to Honda or Kawasaki power. They seem to have more to come.

You will be up against some serious stuff new ducati new fake Kawasaki. Really the only thing this season has showed me is that maybe if HRC has a seat you should push one of them out and take it although I do like those boys. If it helps at all just remember that if every single person including myself who were negative this year about you tried to race you they would be lapped. This is the pinnacle of the sport being top 15th just means that your faster than every other person on planet but those lol. Enjoy and get some work done over the winter much love from America
