No, not in this case (though I can't think of any scenarios that b**** means a weak person, but feel free to enlightment me). *It means Nezuko won't go to certain lengths of retaliation, if any, but Tanjiro is willing to go to the lengths she isn't.* [Ie. Nezuko could be stronger or more skilled, but isn't willing to hurt someone. Tanjiro, on the other hand, could be physically weaker or have less skill in the art of retaliation (be it physically fighting someone or verbal beatings). Yet, Tanjiro is willing to hit a guy.] Why is Tanjiro willing but Nezuko isn't? It could be because of many different things, but some examples are: societal expectations (of that particular person and/or trait/gender that someone possesses) and/or personal morals.
