Dear Garret, the easiest way to get black nails is either, like Kyle said, do the Ananta beast tribe quests (you should get the needed rep in a day or two - rep farm is insane and way faster than what we've been used to from WoW - except the rep grind in ARR...) or, even easier the "Claws of the Beast", a glam piece from the Gold Saucer for 30k MGP. The choice is yours, both glam pieces can be dyed as you leasure, though the Claws are already some dark shade of red :)

For Garrett: If you want Black Nails and don't mind some Arcane Touch to it, the BLM lvl. 89 and 99 Artefact Gear has them too. I personally love both, but the 99 Artefact Hand Gear might look a bit better, sadly they are BLM only
