Ugh!!! Not the septic system. That sucks. I had to replace the septic system in my first home AND in our current house about a year after we bought it. We also had to have the tree removed so its roots wouldn't destroy the new system. It super sucks and it's not cheap. 😢😢😢

Our leach field has failed so if we use too much water it floods into our showers and toilets. We have to redo the whole leach field which is a ton of money

@@stillstephbefore we bought our current house we looked at a different one that had a septic. They told us if it failed we had to pay $90k to hook up to the county water and so we didn’t offer as much for the house because we had to keep that in mind. I’m not super sad that we didn’t get it because I know too many worrisome stories

Good times for the music scene. 🤣 I DID fall in love with Mark Ruffalo in 13 Going On 30 and he’s been my celebrity crush ever since. 🥰 LOL Edit: I’m so glad you get the Friends prompt! But I guess I can see how someone would be confused if they’ve never seen that now that I think about it… 😂 Edit #2 LOL the happy meal toy was literally called The Dog (I looked it up and was also confused haha) but there were also cats. People would collect them, at least when I was in elementary school. Probably quite specific to me. 😂😂😂
