I Think there was a Potato Harvesting Demo by Newark Showground in early September 2003. Only one I have ever been at, Very Dry Year & Harvest was finished early enough. Travelled down from Aberdeenshire.

You’re right about the simplicity of potato harvester, services are such a money pit 😢 Did you see a demo or the New Holland CR11 ? Impressive engineering for quicker harvest. Phew, that’s a never ending maintenance David 😅
