I’ve seen him 5 times. The first time in 85 and the last time in 2014 at a private show at Paisley Park. I’m like John. I have all of the released music, the live shows, rehearsals and unreleased music. Omg, I felt like I was there with you. Not getting in is unacceptable!! I saw your Prince medley video on Facebook after he passed. It made me cry. It was beautiful. Even after living 2020, I STILL say that 2016 was the worst year ever. Great story. Thank you.

Mr. Young . . . I absolutely adored your story . . . I held my breath for you at your attempts to sneak in . . . . . .Let me just tell you that in 1989 during the Love SEXY tour in Washington D.C. I got a call from my dear friend who just happened to have won the Miss Black America contest that year. She had two front row tickets and (believe it or not) was not a fan of Prince because of (I believe) religious reasons. Regardless . . . she offered ME the tickets . . and of course the heathen that I am . . went and HAD A BALL !

Great story, thanks! Just curious though, did you not hear about him doing 2 shows in Monaco only 3 days earlier? I'm surprised people weren't talking about that in town.

We found out he did 2 other shows afterward. One or both were at the opera house. And if I remember correctly one was private for the royals and politicians, etc... We only knew he was doing the show on Sunday because we were cancelled on Sunday. They kept us pretty isolated and we didn’t speak much French and people rarely spoke to us in English even if they were fluent in it.
