Imagine the message that sent to young girls everywhere. But that was the outlook on DV back then. Women were conditioned to be so forgiving, so understanding and stand by your man if you were married. JJ and Michael really did teach a great message that it's ok to intercede in a family crisis but to never insert yourself into someone else's relationship by way of fighting or risking being arrested; she/he may (and probably will) choose to stay afterall. 🤷🏾‍♀️
