It was mentioned before that Ramiris has a revive cycle by the Dryads, dunno how often, and to my knowledge, Demon Lords are strong, so my theory is that Ramiris has an aging cycle, cuz in the painted flashback where background of Milim was this large fairy, so when she ages, becomes stronger, so defeating Veldora is not so far-fetched now, the reason why Ramiris is a goofy child here is this I think
