In regards to Suphia respecting Milim it is becasue people from the animal kingdom respect strength. So even if Milim did kill carrion they would still respect it as long as it is a fair fight. They hate underhanded stuff which is why they don't respect Clayman. This is also why they started a fight with Rimurus people at the start of the season. It was to make sure they were strong enough to be worthy of their respect.

I wouldn't call what Milim (and Frey) did to Carrion, from the Beastketeers' perspective, anything close to a fair fight.. Obviously, I know there's more to what happened but they did not have any clue at this point.. So unless there's more to what the Beastketeers witnessed than what is shown in the anime, I don't see them respecting Milim for playing fair (for her strength, sure).. :)

@@kaye_07 there is a lot more context in the novels. Basically the fight was well and truly decided by the time Frey appeared. Even in the anime it was clear that at that point Milim had won. But in the novel Carrion was explicitly out of power at that point. It was also clear that Frey had seen Phobio and then let him go. Showing there was more going on. And basically the animal kingdom were thinking that Milim was either duped or controlled at this point. But regardless, it was very very very clear that Milim was wayyyyy stronger than Carrion and won fair and square. Frey was just there to grab him after the fight (all she did was knock him out and grab him in the LN)

​@@shaunmcdonough7844 While I will concede to you that there was probably more context in the LNs to support your assertion (since I haven't read those and the reason I mentioned "unless there's more to what the Beastketeers witnessed than what is shown in the anime"), I can most definitely say that it was NOT clear in the anime that Milim had won at that point.. To remind you, what happened in anime was they both took their fighting forms (Idk what else to call it 😅), Milim threw a projectile attack which Carrion dodged destroying the entire capital and multiple mountains iirc, followed by Frey capturing him from behind and NOTHING ELSE.. And obviously it was clear that Milim was stronger (hence I mentioned "for her strength, sure").. :)
