I've been using a gelatin and milk peel off mask for years. A tip is to not let the mask completely dry out bc I read somewhere that that's what's happening to your skin underneath if it stays on too long: it's getting super dry. Instead, once it feels still mostly dry, then peel it off or if it does completely dry, just dab with water. That's how you get the juicy skin underneath😁 Bc the mask is still a bit squishy, so your skin beneath is hydrated. It comes with practice, once you do it enough, you'll know when you're comfortable to peel it off. The peeling is soooo satisfying!!! And definitely keep away from undereyes and hairline😄

Adriana this is super helpful!! Thank you so much for kindly sharing with all of us! 💙
@Adriana-nl6jh3 жыл бұрын
@@beautyandthesavage Of course! I love my gelatin face mask, but it does get a little getting used to. I try to get a slightly thicker layering on bc if it's too thin, it will HURT when you take it off and it also might not peel off nicely, like it'll peel off crumbly and that's not satisfying, lol. I'll touch the mask with my fingers to check how dry it is. Once I feel that the edges are dry and that on my cheeks it's still a LITTLE bit spongy but not very wet or sticky, then I start to peel off. If I see that it's still too wet, I stop and wait some more for it to dry. It should peel right off, if it's too dry and thin it will crumble, if it's too gooey and thick, it will not pull anything off. It takes practice, but you'll know the right consistency in no time😊 I like to do mine about 2x a month bc I'm lazy, but maybe once a week would be good to try with this one. Que exciting to try to out. Thanks for your vids girl! Besos!

I don't think it helped with wrinkles a lot but it definitely it clean the pores and make them seem smaller. But I think you could get the same results from using a gentle exfoliator and a carrot toner (I found the recipie on KZbin about an year back), which I think would be much gentler on the skin and not involve regularly stretching it to remove the mask

I know this is off the topic of this video but still, if you want a beautiful flawless skin the take equal proptions of Rose water, Glycerine and Lemon juice, mix the three really well and store it in a bottle in the fridge. Apply this every night before sleep all over your face and wash it off next morning. Also change what you wash your face with from chemical to natural...rather herbal. Use Gram flour as a face wash powder, of course you can mix in ingredients if you have any issue with your skin, otherwise just Gram flour diluted with rose or plain water, just enough to form a paste will serve the purpose. Just remember to gently massage it or any herbal face wash powder for a minute before you wash it off. Then follow up with rose water as a toner and you are done.

Skin looks more vibrant in the beginning after your first couple of masks. Then it seems it became harsh on the skin.. so maybe only use it 2x a year?

No difference. Your skin looks equally as good in the before and after. Maybe this mask is more of a prevention than cure.

Do you put the leftover mixture in the fridge? If so do I heat it up again?

Egg whites (raw seperated) mixed with a tad of pure clover honey rubbed on your face till dried works awesome. It gives you a healthy glow and cleans pores.

Reminds me of the time I thought I would do a home bikini wax (to avoid embarrassment) and added all the wax at once to get it done quickly and to avoid pain. Unfortunately I accidentally sealed everything together and couldn’t even use the toilet. Incredibly painful. It was the worst idea ever. Yours luckily looks like a successful outcome.

It’s okay girl 💕 thanks for asking!! It’s definitely a great exfoliate but you are right to say it looks strong. I would not abuse its use at all.
