For future reference those carousels need to be sat on a surface in order to rotate. They have small wheels underneath that roll and cause the rotation. Unfortunately it was picked up before being put on the correct setting that makes it rotate.

AHHHHHH, that’s the dip bowl from the 1958 Pyrex Cinderella Hot Air Balloon (unofficially named) promotional chip and dip set. It was manufactured in 1958 only and retailed for $3.95. LOL. If they had the entire set, 2 bowls and metal rack, it could draw up to $250-300 depending on condition. It looks good too. I’m so happy!!!!
