Seeing the young girl hanging off of the train remined me of a story my Dad knew from when he was young in Canada. There were places where the mail had to be picked up and dropped off along the way that the train didn't stop at. Dropping off was no problem, and to pick up the mail a rope in a loop around the mail was used and the train had a hook that snagged it. A Station Master stuck his head out of the station to see how long the train was and got caught by the hook. That way of picking up mail ended that very day.

Fortunately it's fake. The guy and the dog were filmed as on video, the train as another, and they were comped together. Some VFX artists did a full debunk on it. One clue you can see for yourself easily here is after the guy is leaning against the dirt, his head has a shadow despite himself supposedly being in full shadow from the train.

It wasn't a car that was "really high" It's an agriculture chemical sprayer used to go over the plants without damaging them while spraying with pesticide, herbicide and or fertilizer or combination of all three. The arms you can make out on each side are rolled out and the spray begins. Nice work on the video.
