@@AB-sh1gn Im using Kesimpta for a year now without any side effects. Only on the first shot I had cold like symptoms. Sadly I had a flare up under Kesimpta and my MS got worse in general. I think about changing to Tysabri which is probably more dangerous because of the JCV Virus but might be more effective. I met other patients who take Kesimpta that were very happy with it. It didn't quite work for me but I would still recommend trying it. And I don't know how my MS would be without Kesimpta so it's hard to say anyway. But it seems really safe so no worries :) Are you freshly diagnosed or just switching to another medication?

@@justme4037 I’m on cladrabin but sadly I have a flare up 💔 My doctor said I have to choose at the end of the month between ocrevus or kesimpta and I have JCV positive so tysabri wasn’t and option from the start Why you don’t consider ocrevus or lemptrada ? ( I saw dr.Aaron Boster ranking the medication and he said the top 3 and he ranked tysabri 4th because of the brain volume kzbin.info/www/bejne/eKe7dqeXe5yLeJIsi=eDOgfSC5Hg-cfQgY ) I hope it helps and stay strong ♥️

@@AB-sh1gn Thank you for the info :) There are several reasons why I think about trying Tysabri. Lemptrada is not available for me so I have to choose between Tysabri and Ocrevus. Kesimpta and Ocrevus is pretty much the same thing, they work the same way. If Kesimpta didn't help me, Ocrevus probably won't as well. If you decide between the two you can think about if you prefer giving yourself a shot at home once a month or getting an infusion all 6 months at the clinic or your neurologists office. You can also ask your neurologist what he/she personally recommends you. Im sure you will make the right decision and as I said you cant go wrong with both of them because they are both very similar but great medications :)

I also am jcv positive. My doctor keeps it managed and I get check ups often. So far, I love it. As far as traveling, keep it a small cooler with ice pack. They actually gave me one at the tome of initial injection.
