Cross Rose tbh tea bagging and ki charging is very rare in online Tekken relative to other multiplayer environments. Even such opponents who cheese you a lot will mostly stand still when they win.

I love those stories of how people picked a main. “Why do you play Xiaoyu?” Not because she was top tier, not because she wanted to relate to the cutest asian girl, like most ppl assume... it’s cuz she just ran out of time 😂 I have a unique story for Mario in Smash Bros, Widowmaker for Overwatch, and Lucky Chloe for Tekken if u can say she’s my main, since I only got the game 2 weeks ago. It can be as simple as ppl saying they just liked how the character looks or in the case of smash, they like the original game the character is from. But whatever the reason, I find fun in watching people describe their process and kinda smile as they walk through their memories. Everyone comes from somewhere :)

Yuyu's underrated in the west, got a stupid hate train going for her, and a bunch of thirsty fake fans amidst an otherwise very pleasant fanbase. She's hands down my favorite female in the FGC, and is likely the most skilled as well among Tekken females. CuddleCore is better rounded and more tournament-ready so far, but Yuyu at her best is madly capable and entertaining to watch. She's also a wonderful person when you get to know her, and her fanbase don't wank her or trash her rivals, unlike certain other fanbases.
