How do people consider Pichu a "Pika Clone". It isn't a clone, it is a member of Pikachu's evolutionary line. That's like calling any Base Stage Pokémon a clone of the older version (I know in this situation Pichu is a Gen 2 mon while Pika is Gen 1, but look at Magby, Elekid, Cleffa and more)

​@@gaylordianschwanzpeter5197 that may have been a pattern that they broke in Gen 9, but the entire point is that if you're a PikaClone, you have the Electric typing SOMEWHERE and resemble Pikachu. This was never a concrete rule, so Pawmi's line are still Pikaclones.

Ok people, this is what I believe a pika clone must be. One an electric type since pikachu is one, so no mimikyu or marill. Two are not part of his line whatsoever, so no pichu. And three be a mouse like pokemon since pikachu is one. So if we go by this criteria, then here are the pika clones in generational order: plusle, minun, pachirisu, emolga, dedenne, togedemaru, morpeko, and finally pawmini and its evolutions.

I never considered Pichu a pikaclone either so the top two spots feel like a waste. He also never really explained why he placed Pawmot where he did. Considering the qualities he listed I think a more opinionated approach probably makes more sense as the reasonings seem to always be a mixture of "strength" (or at least how he perceives their strength) and his personal opinion on them. I don't care which one it goes off as long as it's consistent
