Not likely. KZbin is pretty strict about adding warnings when self-harm or suicide is discussed, and that's the reason given for the warning when the warning pops up, at least when viewing on Chrome. Claudia claimed she had been planning to kill herself around the 15-minute mark, hence, the warning. I'm not sure if watching on a smaller screen or through the app doesn't show the specific reason for graphic content warnings so thought I'd clarify

@@kelab4599 It doesn’t mean we should automatically dismiss the Accusations, But in cases where it’s blatantly obvious And provable that the accuser was lying, Why are we not prosecuting those cases… I know I certainly DO NOT mean that more often than not the accusations are false. One thought to consider is the fact that society seems to understand that men have great difficulty holding their sexual urges🙄.I remember it as a reason why in school we had dress codes where we couldn’t even wear tank tops(banned only for girls), but Society also likes to act like it’s out of the realm of possibility that the urges can get out of hand often and escalate to assault whenever reports are made.🤷🏽‍♀️ Saying let’s hold the right people accountable for their actions shouldn’t seem like a provocative statement. Rapist should face consequences, as much as people who falsely accuse. But also let’s not act like the latter is more common.

I'm gonna start out saying that I'm a huge fan of pretty much any kind of true crime shows, documentaries and any kind of videos that show the whole process of any investigation.....from the beginning of the actual crime, all the way to the very end, including the interrogation of the suspect, all the way up the trial and sentencing. All homicide cases are truly horrible. No one has the right to take anyone's life. Life is precious!! But the crimes that get to me the most, are the ones that are just absolutely senseless, like someone who kills a child! They are truly innocent! I don't care how old they are or how bad they are! And if you're stressed out about something or you had a bad day at work, that shit doesn't fuckin matter! There is absolutely nothing that kid could do that's bad enough to justify beating or abusing them....let alone kill them! Only someone who is pure evil could do that to a kid. That's not a human being! That is the devil and a fuckin coward! So when these scumbags get caught, I can't help but smile...so when I watch your videos, or any other videos, it does not make me happy cuz a life is lost. But when the child, and the child's family get the justice ⚖they so desperately need, it does make the situation a very, very tiny bit tolerable....and honestly....I can't even accept that cuz the families don't really ever get over their loss and there's really not any closure. The only thing they do know is that the person who did that to their child is behind bars where they should be so that other children are safe. And nobody else's family will have to feel the horrible pain of losing a child like they did. .

Hey, great video!! I'm a Brazilian lawyer and this was such an important precedent for our Supreme Court. Our Constitution is very clear about banning the extradition of Brazilian nationals. However, the judges understood that she renounced the Brazilian citizenship when she chose to become an American citizen. Because she already had a green card, she did not need to be an American citizen to stay and work in the USA. So she was no longer Brazilian and could be extradited. Nonetheless, many Brazilian jurists disagreed with this Decision, because the terms of our Constitution are very clear. Very interesting case! Love the channel!!

So the criminal will not be extradited, but will be trialed in Brazil. There are exceptions involving naturalized Brazilians (they can be extradited for crimes committed before the naturalization or for drug trafficking at any time). But, answering your question, is basically a right to be prosecuted and judged by your own peers, in the Brazilian judicial system (for instance, capital or perpetual punishment are not admitted). He also realized that he accidentally caught her in a lie when she said that she thought that she fired only 3 bullets instead of 5 and that's why she didn't have a bullet left to kill herself. He said that she shot once, walked over, shot him 3 more times, and then kneeled and shot him once in the head goes against what she said and I think he realized that he fucked up when he said that that order of events is the same order of events that she gave.

He's got his own style for sure, like telling the story to a friend in a pub. With his daily upload schedules on many cases, he's bound to not have every details covered. It leaves some room for other youtubers to make a video on the same case too so i don't mind it as much.

If a country is refusing to be helpful and is intentionally letting a killer walk free, whilst also asking for financial aid from the same country, you pull out the aid and hold them accountable, you place sanctions against the country and tell them “we’re not going to allow visas until you extradite this killer”, you make the country know they’ve messed up and their actions are hurting their own people. By denying visas you cause outrage to countrymen, who will rise against their government and demand they extradite the killer. It’s called politics, where sometimes you have to play a countries people against its own government.
