Jack isn't technically wrong when he said cranberry juice can help with periods. It has lots of iron in it, helping to prevent anaemia, stops you feeling exhausted/ miserable and helps with cramping and mood swings.

The placenta question I think was worded wrong too... Once it said about the woman eating it I knew it was placenta, but then it had 'sac' in the question which made me think amniotic sac; but you don't have a placenta sac as far as I am aware...
