some tips and thoughts: - To do the big grand spiral staircase you only need one staircase and then there's arrows on it pointing sideways to pull it out and make it wider. - I think the cinema could be made a tiny bit smaller with less seats and then it could be really cool! (also you should delete the ceiling lights in the cinema to make it extra dark) - I think (when you get there) the KZbin room should be separate from the study so it has its own room full of cool things for videos. - you could also build a little dance studio for Dianne with mirrored walls and speakers

So glad you finally noticed the eye dropper tool! But now if you go one over to the right to the little fan looking tool that’s also really helpful. Click on it and then click on any object and you can select the color without having to delete the item and put it down again. Like this so Joe and Dianne see this 😊

To help with the house looking a bit less empty in places there are a few things I would recommend: -If you don’t already have it download the movie hangout stuff pack which will give you a real cinema screen and popcorn machine etc. Also in the corner of the cinema you could put kitchen counters to fill the space a bit -In the spa I think you should add a few other spa items or put a staircase down into a dance studio that’s underground but also has more of the spa day stuff and you can find all this stuff by going to the right hand side of the screen in build mode and clicking on filter by packs. -I think it would be a good idea to add a handrail to the stairs and also maybe watch a tutorial on how to build them in the way you want before the next episode (not being cheeky just think it might help you but it’s difficult to explain in a comment) Just a few tips to help you guys and really love the series!!! ❤️

I dont like these big houses. Its waaaay too big, just getting out the house to go to school or work will take a long time in sim minutes 😅 i liked the living in a flat part, broke, actually working ( weell not that much actually 🤣 ) improving skills and so on. Living cheap. I like that better for youtube series, im obviously still gonna watch this but i prefer the working to go forward in life gameplay :)

There is a stuff pack called Movie Hangout where you can get proper cinema screens, popcorn machines ,more movie posters and more cinema stuff . The series is so great and fun .You can also in the top left corner change the lot traits so that it will impact in your gameplay, for example one of the lot traits is On ley line which will mean you get pregnant there is more chance of twins or triplets.Also that is why you had twin girls because your old apartment had the lot trait of on ley line xx

Here are a few tips -you can get a vending machine, it is in the pet section and it is for a vets but you can’t really tell the difference -you can change the width of the stairs with the horizontal arrows near the arrows that make the stairs turn half way through. That way you don’t need two stairs next to each other. -You could fill the space in the kitchen by having a pet area there so you can move the bowls against the wall and add some random toys on the floor! That way it won’t look so plain in the corner! You could also add some cool wall art or paintings! -if you don’t want to make the space in the kitchen a dog area you could put the stairs to the basement there instead that would defiantly fill some space! - you could put some sun beds by the edge of the pool. That is what they have at my local swimming pool! It could be nice for your sims to swim and then relax. Just an idea I also have an idea for some rooms if you are stuck - KZbin room for Joe’s work -Dog room -play room for the kids - not sure if there is already a balcony at the front but you can make a room a balcony These are just ideas and tips. Like so they can see ❤️

You can do the 'steps down' cinema thing but it's really, really complicated. You're talking about placing multiple foundations of different heights and connecting them shallow stairs. You then have to place your exterior walls around that mutli-level room, which makes them game angry and you'll get messages as to why you can't build the walls there. Honestly either leave it or look for cinema room on the gallery that is already done which you can redecorate. An outdoor cinema would be easier because you dig down the terrain to get the same effect and then put a roof overhead but again, that's a bit long really! A quick cheat option is to raise the chairs using the '0' key but the sims will just appear in the chair and the chair will be floating. My advice, the cinema is fine as is, but install movie stuff to get the popcorn.

@@charlx6379 It can be. My Sims have lots of money, live in a giant home, but still work on skills, have careers, do the laundry, walk their dogs, etc. I think they should have stayed on Sulani. I love that in that world, you can do so much without having to travel. You can snorkel, scuba dive, ride a jet ski or boat, swim in the ocean, play with a dolphin, etc. There is nothing to do in their new world unless you travel to a club. Think about as soon as they got back from the jungle, the whole family immediately went right in the ocean to swim without being prompted. I've never had my whole family get in the pool together without being commanded to.

Loving the series! When you’re done, I think everyone just wants to see you build relationships, go to work and school, and just live in the house. As much as I love the building episodes, your kids never go to school or do homework! Also, I think some lamps/chandeliers help fill the space without having to use 1000 plants :)

I have a few little things u could add to places 1) u need towels for the pool 2) the kitchen can be filled with loads of things to make it seem less spacious and more homely 3) a downstairs bathroom wouldn’t be the worst idea 😂 4) u could move the dining table closer to the kitchen area and put the bar next to the windows so the people looking out see the outside world 5) u can widen the stair case with one of the arrows when u click on it 6) this isn’t to do with the house but bc u take care on Judith u could get her to marry Cornelius so he becomes part of the family so he can take care of the dogs whilst joe lives with everyone else! Loving this series sooo much it is the highlight of quarantine 😂💖

Great series!! You should move the cinema room into the basement along with other party type room things like speakers or a dance floor. Then turn part of the pre existing cinema into a downstairs bathroom and a cosy lounge area. Also there is a movie stuff pack.

To twist the stairs I think you only need 1 Stair on each side and there’s an arrow to widen it out so you can twist it, I could be wrong but it could work

Stairs: just use one staircase and make it wider, then you can turn it and it will stay together Lounge area/conservatory: change the single chair to match the couches, the chair you have is for a dining room table Cinema: pleeeeease switch the posters so that the same size ones are on the same wall and they match, and one of the lights is off symmetry on the shorter wall, I think it would be great in the basement because then it wouldn't look weird from the outside with no windows Love the idea of having a ballroom somewhere!

i love this series so far!! here are some tips/ideas to maybe improve :) • for a cinema screen and popcorn machine, get the movie hangout pack • to create a double staircase, click on one set of stairs and click and drag the arrow that pops up on the side. then you can do what you originally wanted to do with them • you could make the basement area into a dance studio, a youtube room or maybe a money vault similar to what judith originally had • for the spa room, there was an item called "happy hands and feet chair" that helps with the sims' wellness please like so joe and dianne can see this :) also feel free to reply to this comment and i will add your ideas/suggestions onto this list

I think it looks a bit odd (as you said) because you've got too much space. You should make the rooms smaller, it makes it a lot easier to furnish and look more 'real' if the rooms are more compact

to get spa objects first go onto the 3rd icon down on the left hand side, just a chair by itself. this should show every object in the game (if not select this using the drop down menu.) then go to the right and click on filter items and then go to filter items by pack. it should come up with the option to select the packs you own. select the spa game pack and then it should change to show all the items that came with that pack (sauna, massage table etc). you can do this for various other rooms (if you get the movie hangout stuff pack then you can select that from the menu and use those items to decorate your cinema room) just a tip :), like so they can see!

Hi, I recommend that if you want the cinema room make it a bit small and add a separate room in that room were you can put activities and games and if not you could turn it into an nice big livening room opened with windows all across the walls. don’t forget that u need a downstairs bathroom. Things that you should include : an activity room for kids, a party room were when you do house parties people go in for food and drinks with music, and maybe a pet room , hope this helps👍🏻💕

Joe the bar in the middle at the top of the screen has tools that are really useful - eg a sledgehammer to quickly delete objects, the flipcard like thing is to change colour on objects easily by clicking on them, and the eyedropper tool to copy an object when its placed! They will save you lots of time whilst building :) xxx Also I think you should maybe have a bit more garden space out the back?? As you cant build any monkey bars or pools etc where that paved section is as its technically not on the lot (the squares you can build on!)

some tips ! if you don’t want the tv in the cinema room to exceed the height of the walls, either get a new tv and maybe test that? the one you initially wanted you can unlock with the cheat ‘bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement’, orrr you could make the walls taller by clicking on the room and going on the 3 different rectangles and go to the biggest one:) also fyi you need a bathroom or at least a toilet downstairs to save ur sims from having to travel so far ! loving this series so much tho

To get objects from a certain pack go to show all objects on build mode and press ‘filter objects’ from there press the ‘packs’ button and pick the pack you want. For example spa items are in the ‘Spa Day Pack’. Hope this helps❤️

Just a tip you can actually change the width of the stairs by pulling out the arrows at the side! You don’t need to double them up by using 2 staircases! Another tip - if you wanted to make the room higher so the tv will fit perfectly in the cinema room, you need to click on the room and there will be 3 rectangles and you need to pick the biggest one! (It will make the walls higher) Also I think it’d be cute if you included a massage table against the wall in the pool room! And make a dance studio for Dianne in another room👍And hopefully we can see you build an In The Pan Restaurant in the future😍! Love you guys!!! Really enjoying the series! 😘
