I would say this home is larger than the overall average home in the US by about 20%. That being said, we are very fortunate to have wide open spaces over here so we can build much larger buildings. Thanks for listening to the podcast brother! We really appreciate you supporting the show.

What do you mean by stub out?

Stubbing out refers to leaving something in the ground to tie onto at a later date. Sub divisions have sewer pipes stubbed out with a cap on them. When someone purchases the lot we dig up the stubbed pipe and tie onto it with our run into the house
